QUANTUM – DRIVEN THERANOSTICS PLATFORM

RESEARCH OVERVIEW

RESEARCH SUPPORT

The QUANTALPHA Foundation aims to advance scientific progress in Theranostics and support visionary researchers worldwide. Through QUANTALPHA research grants tailored specifically to the dynamic field of theranostics, the foundation enables groundbreaking advances in cancer treatment. Since its founding in 2019, QUANTALPHA has supported Theranostics research with over 1,6 million Euros. Researchers are warmly encouraged to apply and contribute to shaping the future of Theranostics. We run calls for applications on cutting-edge themes while also open windows for spontaneous applications.

GUIDANCE BY WORLD-CLASS SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD (SAB)

The QUANTALPHA Foundation is deeply honored that Prof. Richard P. Baum, Chair of the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB), and, since December 2025, Prof. Frederik L. Giesel, Co-Chair of the SAB, are contributing to this committee with their visionary leadership and groundbreaking expertise. Together with 17 renowned international experts from nine different countries, they contribute invaluable scientific and medical guidance in precision oncology and Theranostics to all QUANTALPHA activities around the world. The QUANTALPHA Foundation of Trustees is grateful for the contribution of its SAB members.

Within the scope of its activities, the SAB plays a central role in supporting QUANTALPHA research grants by selecting and evaluating research projects submitted by scientists worldwide. In this way, QUANTALPHA guarantees that only scientifically excellent and innovative proposals are funded. A key advantage of the SAB is its interdisciplinary composition: projects are reviewed by experts who are actively involved in and closely connected to the respective research areas. This ensures a solid assessment of methodological quality and clinical relevance. In addition, the SAB contributes to the transparency of the selection process. Through structured review procedures and open scientific exchange, the strengths and potential of each project are carefully evaluated.
